I have lived in Texas my whole life. I was born in Lubbock, Texas and moved to Austin in 2011. My father traveled a lot for work when I was growing up. He would take the family along with him as much as possible. When I was young it was just a way of life but as I got older it became my passion. I have a very eclectic travel style. Sometimes I am jetting off with my family of 16 for a ski or beach vacation. Other times I am loading up my Airstream with my husband and my two dogs to find a great campsite. When I am not traveling I am usually enjoying all of the fun and exciting things Austin, Texas has to offer.
Two things that my traveling styles all have in common are local shopping and cuisine. I am not really adventurous when it comes to food. I do try to step out of my comfort zone when eating local foods. I also love a good glass of wine and especially bubbles. Shopping is also a must wherever I go. Sometimes I find a good local shop and other times I go straight to the obvious shopping chains. I hope you enjoy following me on my adventures!
